OLIO EXTRA VERGINE
The four hectares of olive grove are located between 380 and 420 metres asl. Our extra virgin olive oil is made from Frantoio, Moraiolo e Leccino cultivar and following the traditional method: cold grinding process in less than 24 hours from manual harvesting.
Capannelle evo is delicate, with fruit and herbal aromas, apple and cardoon, and an important acidity balanced by fat components.
