Bright pale pink with a golden rim. Very intense on the nose: fresh fruit aromas, strawberry and pear, interwoven with floral aromas, rose petals in particular.
Semi-soft cheese, fish recipes, raw fish, sushi and oysters. But try it also with rabbit or pizza or appetizers. Serve cold.
It is a wine produced 100% with MALVASIA NERA DEL CHIANTI grapes. Wine vinified in steel and aged in truncated conical Slavonian oak barrels (30hl capacity). Fresh and easy to drink wine that allows you to taste the Chianti area in one of its freshest and most authentic expressions. P>

A special printing press, used once to stamp on paper label, is used nowadays to stamp the vintage of our wine. The back label can be engraved with a name, a date, an inscription so to make the bottle unique. To make it even more precious, the bottle is shielded by a box made out of walnut root by a Florentine artisan. In this way each box is different from all others and can be eventually converted into a cigar humidor.
