The varieties of the balck olives of Capannelle, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, are pressed in 24 hours using mechanical process. This method doesn’t alterate the organolpetic proprieties of the oil.
The result is a delicate but intense oil with notes of thistle and apple, fresh and parfumed.
